THE BOUNDS
Faith International Partners
Ben and Linda Bounds raised their family in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Ben was a staff member of Metro for years, but he now serves as the founder/director of Faith International Partners. FIP exists to mobilize national church-planting pastors in the 10/40 window and beyond to preach the Gospel, plant churches, and disciple their own people. Since the door is closed to western missionaries, Ben and Linda help raise support for these indigenous men of God.
THE MATHEWS
Brazil
Jonathan and Erin Mathews have been missionaries in Brazil since 2005. Jonathan grew up in Brazil as a missionary kid while Erin grew up here in Nashville. They have planted five churches in the Sao Paulo area and are now working in the Campinas region. They have five beautiful children: Samuel, Jesse, Hannah, Abigail, and Ben.
Traci Warner
Nicaragua
Traci graduated from Malone College (Canton, OH) with a BA in Biology, from the University of Akron (OH) with a Master's in Biology, then Vanderbilt University with a Master's in Nursing. She is a Family Nurse Practitioner serving in Nicaragua since 2013. In addition to medical ministries, she is heavily involved in teaching and training women and children through Bible studies, biblical counseling, and the Institute of Church Planters.
We are a missions-minded church. Whether it be taking short-term missions trips or supporting full-time missionaries, there are many opportunities to be involved in missions at Metro.
