Position: Preschool Teacher | full-time
Description: Works alongside our preschool director and other preschool teachers to provide a quality experience for our K3 and K4 classes. Must have a genuine love for kids and a desire to see them grow academically and spiritually.

Position: Children's Director
Description: Oversee the children’s ministry strategy of Metro Baptist Church under the direction and leadership of the pastor. The primary responsibility of the children’s director is to ensure that each encounter with the children’s ministry of Metro is inviting to both members and guests. The children’s director casts vision, plans, and advocates for the faith development, safety, and discipleship of children.

Position: Youth Pastor
Description: Oversee the youth ministry strategy of Metro Baptist Church under the direction and leadership of the pastor. This will require a firm grasp of the beliefs, values and strategy of Metro and the ability to align staff and key leadership teams with its mission, vision and values. The youth pastor partners with parents to disciple their teens while equipping healthy families.
