In the busyness of life, it's important for us to take a moment to notice the needs of others and serve them like Jesus would. Join us for Serve Week 2022 as we get out and make a difference in our community! Check out the opportunities below for some more details.

Yard Cleanup
We will be helping some elderly neighbors of church members as well as some of our own! Bring some work gloves and come ready to work. We will meet at the church to carpool.

Nashville Rescue Mission
Nashville Rescue Mission is a Christ-centered community committed to helping the hungry, homeless, and hurting. They utilize a Christian approach to help the homeless and addicted learn how much God loves them and gain the Biblical insight they need to lead a productive life in and for Christ. We will be coming alongside the Rescue Mission to serve some meals.
October 20 breakfast (5-7 AM) Anyone wanting to carpool will need to meet at the church at 4:30.
October 24 dinner (4-7 PM) Anyone wanting to carpool will need to meet at the church at 3:30.

Gateway Elementary
We've partnered with Gateway Elementary in Goodlettsville for various opportunities to serve the staff and students. The school administration expressed that a lack positive role models is the greatest challenge for students attending Gateway, and here's your chance to be a Godly influence in their lives!
On Friday, October 21, we will be helping various teachers facilitate activities for their Positive Behavior Incentive Program.
On Tuesday, October 25, we will help run some outdoor recreation activities during recess.

Famfest
Join us for one of the biggest community outreaches at Metro! We will have food trucks, carnival games, face painting, and much more! It takes countless volunteers to pull this off, and there is something for everyone to do.
